If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 21 days from the date your order was originally received. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.Clothing returns must be in its original state, with all hanger tags and price tickets attached. Clothing must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made during our holiday promotions fall under our Holiday Return Policy. Purchases must be mailed back to Malika Lauj LLC within 50 days from the date your order was originally received.

How to Return

Your package must include the original order invoice. Please complete the “Return Form” section by placing a check mark in the Return or Exchange box. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective or wrong item.
